Ready for a four-way cocktail smackdown by 4 current or ex-Gibson mix-masters?!!
Each bartender will design a series of cocktails based on different philosophies of salad construction. They will be teaching their approach live and bartending for one hour each. Friendly competition is inevitable.

Willie Shubert (self-proclaimed salad enthusiast) will be providing delicious food with a brilliant array of dips complimenting the cocktails

This will also be the closing party for Willie’s Knowledge Commons DC course The Universe is a Salad: a four-course class encouraging a new salad philosophy in which ingredient combinations break the norms of traditional salad construction in imaginative and delicious ways.
