Steve Martin and his banjo re taking on the U.S. Capitol on July 4. Headlining the annual " A Capitol Fourth" concert, along with Josh Groban, Little Richard, "Glee" star Matthew Morrison and Jordin Sparks. Martin said the patriotic event inspired him to write a new song, "Me & Paul Revere," which talks about Revere's infamous ride from his horse's perspective. Jimmy Smits hosts the concert.
