Downtown DC used to be full of people, with the rise of suburban malls and the white flight, downtown became a place not to be. slowly downtown is being revitalized and the crowds are once again back.
this photo was taken at F & 11th st. NW the corner store is now an H&M on the left back then it was major department store.
