All the spots are filled to hit the pavement in the Cupid's Undie Run for charity on Saturday on Capitol Hill. What could be better, you say, than a 1.1-mile run in your underwear past the U.S. Capitol Building? How about watching them run and party with them? The party starts at noon at the Poor House.
