The flag raising will be part of a photograph taken by the world’s largest Pocket Instamatic Camera, the Metabolic Studio’s Liminal Camera. This photograph is inspired by and pays homage to the Bonus Army’s Encampment on the Mall of seventeen thousand World War I veterans and their supporters in Washington DC in 1932.

Dance to happen at 11:11 am.
