Above the Radar II Opening Reception
November 5, 7–10pm
Saturday November 5 at 7pm, Above the Radar II debuts at The Fridge. The show is arriving as we speak. The Fridge Director, Alex Goldstein is proud to host Luna George of LA's "Crewest Gallery" as she prepares for an opening to be remembered. Above the Radar II will feature artwork from over 70 Western United States based artists. This event is free and open to the public.

Sunday, November 6, from 2–4pm, join The Fridge with the artists Else, Dread, 4sakn, as well as curator Luna George, as they create an original mural on the back wall of The Fridge, next to Gaia's piece. There will be temporary walls for participants in the class to paint on. Join this paint collaboration and discuss the exhibit, Above the Radar II, that will be hanging in The Fridge, with the artists that have accompanied their work to DC. This event is open to all ages and skill sets, there is a $20 suggested donation which helps to cover supplies.
"Leftovers (from Alex's fridge)" at "The Parlour Experience for DC Week

November 5–6, The Fridge is proudly showcasing a visual tour of our past three years at the Parlour "Experience" during DC Week. Alex Goldstein's "Leftovers" have been building up in the back of the Fridge and now make up an awe-inspiring visual timeline of the exhibits and performances that have been poppin' off within our walls since September 2009. Revisit some of your favorite pieces by DECOY, Scot Lefavor, BORF (John Tsombikos), Laura Elkins, Mark Jenkins & Tim Conlon, Ben Tolman, The Sweater Set, Bluebrain, Marshall Allen & the Vertical Dogs, Jason Ajemian & the High Life, Kiran Gahndi, and hundreds more. Learn more about the interesting characters that have played either brief or vital roles at The Fridge since its conception.
