Well, since every blog and newspaper is getting into this I guess I will jump on the bandwagon. DC is now known for their sidewalk cafes / eating outside. But little do people know that it wasn't not to long ago that it was illegal! YES illegal in DC. right! Weird huh. Here is an awesome blog by Greater Greater Washington blog with pictures and so on.
