So excited that this is finally happening! It has been in talks since even before the Nat's stadium was built or when they even came to town!
Here are glimpse of what will soon occupy South-West DC and let's not forget the undesirable Reeves Center built in the 80's to revitalize the U Street corridor does nothing for the area anymore as it has become a hot spot for clubs/bars and restaurants and condos popping up! So Long Reeves Center.
It's a Win, Win situation!
