The Washington regional alcohol program is offering free cab rides to St Patrick's Day revelers to help curb drunken driving. The Sober Ride will be available to all counties surrounding DC and the city.
The rides will be offered from 8pm Saturday to 6am. Sunday at 1-800-200-TAXI
