Located at 14th and T St. NW around the corner from Taylor Gourmet and across the street from Saint- Ex.
The mural shows the 1968 Memphis Sanitation workers strike which was Martin Luther King's last march before being assassinated, and we know the riots brought DC down to it's knees for a very long time so this mural means a lot.
I arrived just as the Artist was taking a group photo! The Press was there and I had just biked up.
