Located on 14th & Q. St. in Logan Circle, this is the second location of this very popular chocolate bar. They specialize in everything chocolate, and even have opened a wine bar and have classes on select night's. Try out the Judy Garland, it's one of my favorites, but of course an espresso is good as well.
