Napoleon Bistro & Lounge

Adams Morgan is know more for the night life of over crowded bars filled with frat boys and those annoying suburbanites cramming into our city causing rowdy behavior. Napoleon is a breath of fresh air into the area. Upon entering you feel special because of the red rope outside. The space the former Mantis lounge, transformed into a federalist dining room dressed in gold, black and red, plush seats adore the room. Downstairs is the Champagne room (Club level), and the unisex bathrooms. The food is great here, Steaks are yummy and of course a meal here isn't right without champagne. They have a large selection of wines and champagne. The staff is great. I've been going here since they opened.

One of the best places to get some Tex-Mex in Washington DC. great atmosphere. Long lines, can be a bit crowded! More of a place to see and been seen. Margaritas are good here as well. Great with large groups.

YUM YUM is all I think about when I eat here or order delivery. Walking up the steps to the door you feel almost secure entering the door while the Asian lions look out. Downstairs is a small bar and several table. Best in the house! Upstairs are more table, but you don't get the same atmosphere of looking out the window or watching people as they come in. They play ambient music and are good with keeping up with cleaning the table off and keeping you happy. The food here is GREAT, all types of asian cuisine.

Art Museum of the Americas

Starting the night off with shopping and dinner at Sette Osteria with a good friend and the headed over to the Museum of the Americas for Art after Dark. Located in the back of the Organization of American States, kinda of a small building, but lovely patio over looking the garden. The three exhibits that were in the museum, was a music one, video and live artist singing and making noise! It was a bit crowded, Leaving it at that, We stayed for an hour. Here are some of the pictures I posted with my cell phone, because I went for my camera and it was dead. UGH..
