This is a weekly party held at Halo on P. st NW across from the Whole foods. Rachel Panay (Singer/Writer/Host/Make-up artist) is the Hostesses with the mostest. Rachel wants to show case artist and at the same time have live music while viewing and mingling something not before seen in the Gay Community in Washington DC night life. Her weekly parties are a must for the artsy and the one's who want to see people and be seen. Depending on the night Mrs. Panay will sing and have music of the themed night of the week depending on the artist, for example for Bastille Day she sang lovely French songs and there were French flags on the tables, the night I show cased my paintings the DJ was spinning 80's music.
